Sally Lee is the executive officer and director of the Division of Management. She leads a team of staff who are responsible for the full range of administrative management functions, including acquisitions, information technology, financial management, management analysis, human resources, communications, and ethics. In January 2017, she was appointed into the Senior Executive Service (SES) as the associate director for management.
Lee is a graduate of the HHS SES Candidate Development Program, Asian American Government Executives Network’s SES Development Program, and the Office of Personnel Management’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program.
Lee earned a B.A. in history from the University of Maryland.
