Instructions

  1. Participating Department or Program. List the name of the Department, Division, or Interdepartmental Program.
  2. Well-represented (WR) Undergraduates (UG). Provide the total number of WR undergraduates in each Department, Division, or Interdepartmental Program.
  3. Undergraduates from Underrepresented (UR) populations. Provide the total number of undergraduates from UR populations (all categories, see NIH's Interest in Diversity) in each participating Department, Division, or Interdepartmental Program
  4. WR UG: Time to Degree. Time to degree for W?R undergraduate students should be calculated as the period from enrollment to graduation in an undergraduate degree program.
  5. UR UG: Time to Degree. Time to degree for undergraduate students from UR populations should be calculated as the period from enrollment to graduation in an undergraduate degree program.
  6. WR UG: 4-year (6-year) Graduation Rate. Average 4-year and 6-year graduation rate for WR undergraduate students in the last 5 years. Include average 6-year graduation rate in parenthesis.
  7. UR UG: 4-year (6-year) Graduation Rate. Average 4-year and 6-year graduation rate for UR undergraduate students in the last 5 years. Include average 6-year graduation rate in parenthesis.
  8. Advance Degrees Pursued by WR Alumni. Total number of WR undergraduate students enrolled in advanced degree after graduation (e.g., Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., master's, and other clinical degrees).
  9. Advance Degrees Pursued by UR Alumni. Total number of undergraduate students from UR populations enrolled in advanced degree after graduation (e.g., Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., master's, and other clinical degrees).
