In lieu of the biennial NIGMS TWD PDs/PIs meeting, we will be hosting a series of webinars over the next year on a variety of topics relevant to biomedical research training, workforce development, and diversity.
The goal of the Evaluation Workshop is to bring together the training, workforce development, and diversity community to discuss ways to advance assessment and evaluation efforts in an efficient, evidence-based, collective and coordinated manner. For this session we are partnering with Dr. Christine Pfund and the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) Coordination Center team. The agenda includes presentations on using common measures and the pilot Evaluation Interventions Measures Library, and lightning talks on outcomes of evaluation supplements. There will also be time for small group discussions about barriers and needs for successful evaluation and assessment.
